## Delivery models

- EPCM (Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management): we lead the delivery at your side as your project manager and one point of contact, from design through engineering, procurement, construction and handover.
- EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction, turnkey design and build): we deliver it whole on one turnkey contract as your single contractor, from design to a finished, commissioned building.
- Main contractor (general contractor), a sub-scope of EPC: we also take on main-contractor packages, building factories, plants and warehouses to your completed design. PPE was founded in 1997 as an industrial main contractor, a role we still take on today.

## Who we are

Principle Perspective Engineering was founded in 1997 as an industrial main contractor, a role we still take on today. Since then we have built plants and facilities for owners across Malaysia and the region, from data centres, oleochemical refineries and semiconductor fabs to solar, food, pharmaceutical and automotive plants. Today we lead the whole delivery, from design to handover, as your project manager under EPCM or your single turnkey contractor under EPC.
